Acceptance

By accessing or using P3Polls, you agree to these terms. Do not use the service if you do not agree with them.

Permitted use

You may use P3Polls to create and participate in lawful polls. You must not use the service to break the law, impersonate another person, distribute harmful material, interfere with the service, or collect information without appropriate authority.

Poll content

Poll creators are responsible for their poll questions, answer choices, descriptions, access settings, and use of collected results.

Poll content must not infringe intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other legal rights.

Voting integrity

Users must not manipulate poll results through automated scripts, repeated voting, coordinated abuse, false identities, bypassing access restrictions, or other deceptive activity.

P3Polls may reject, restrict, flag, or remove responses believed to be automated, duplicated, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise inconsistent with the poll settings.

Accuracy of results

Public online polls have limitations. P3Polls cannot guarantee that every response represents a unique person, that every eligible person participated, or that results are suitable for legal, regulatory, electoral, employment, financial, or other high-stakes decisions.

Availability

P3Polls may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features when needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or service development.

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
