Information we collect

When you create, manage, or participate in a poll, P3Polls may process information including poll responses, poll settings, browser information, network information, timestamps, and identifiers used to detect duplicate or automated voting.

Duplicate-vote protection

P3Polls may use browser cookies, browser characteristics, network information, and related technical signals to identify possible repeat voting, abuse, or automated activity.

Where practical, identifiers such as network addresses and browser fingerprints are cryptographically transformed before storage. This allows matching without retaining the original value in a directly readable form.

How information is used

Information is used to operate polls, record responses, display authorized results, prevent abuse, investigate technical problems, maintain security, and improve the service.

Poll creators

Poll creators control the questions, available answers, access method, result visibility, and other poll settings. Poll participants should review any additional information provided by the poll creator before submitting a response.

Cookies

P3Polls may store necessary cookies used for voting controls, session management, security, and saved display preferences such as light or dark mode.

Data retention

Poll data and related security records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the poll, provide results, prevent abuse, satisfy legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Data sharing

P3Polls does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed to service providers required to operate the platform, when required by law, or when necessary to protect the service, its users, or others.

Security

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect information. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
